Please identify the "style" of flash movie for me

Hi all!

Up at the top to the right of the logo - there is (what appears to be) a Flash movie.

I would very much like to try to create a similar type of movie. What is this style/effect called and does anyone know of any tutorials for recreating this?

At first I couldn't see anything but an ad but I now see what you mean - I've extracted the actual movie link for a better example:

I'm sorry I don't have any of the answers you are looking for but I'm sure that someone else will - especially with this better example.

I would also like to know more about creating a similar effect. It may be an actionscript of some sort. :/
