My company did an email campaign (100,000 drops). I have created an alias called response@xyz.com. Also, I have set a auto reply rules for that account, however, I’m getting “ENDLESS” email loopback because the other recipient also have a auto reply as well. How do I stop this and also still have the auto reply? Please help!!!!

Make a rule to stop processing all following rules when whatever is constant in their auto-reply and move it up above the rule that you already use. So in otherwords:

New Rule:
Stop processing all following rules <next> when the subject contains "Out of office" (or whatever) <finish>

existing rule:
<whatever you have already that is looping>

you have to move it above the old one for this to work

Thank you, I never really notice about the Stop all rules feature. Again, thank you.

You can also configure auto-reply to be sent only once to a single email address.
