Please help me with "Remedy::ARSTools" module

could anyone help me with followings:

I could not get "Remedy::ARSTools" working even after installing it correctly.
I am trying to compile and run one of your example code (with the module installation) called "GetField.pl" getting core dump while trying to compile.

Following is my system and tools data. Please let me know how I can make "Remedy::ARSTools" module working. What do I need to do to make it works.

gcc : gcc version 3.4.2
perl: ActivePerl 5.8.8 822
OS : SunOS 5.9 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-5_10

Never heard of the module but the first line in the documentation says you will need ARSperl and Remedy C API installed for the module to work. I have no idea what those are.
