Please help I am deperate!!!

I have been in IT for some time..I am not a novice..unfortunately I let someone watch my house this weekend and they messed up my computer. I now have twenty pop ups that hoard IE and I cannot surf the web. I know the site (I think) that is causing problems...This guy must have downloaded something and I cannot figure it out. When I reboot in front of my home page this site attatches itself. http:/t27655.ecpm.com/passthrough/popupbaropen.html.

Now when I delete it from IE it still popups all kinds of adds and I think it's in the registry but don't know where. I have a dsl cable connection which I have had for 3 years with no problem.

I know its not affecting my network as I can write this from my webserver which is on the same network.

Can anyone tell me where to look and find these problems???

I also see a title bar with hpprglvsqs checked which takes the title bar off IE when unchecked...

Please help me I am desperate!!
