Please Help: How to integrate J2ee app with a ColdFusion app

Hi,

I want some help in designing a system. Here is my Problem:

App1: J2EE based Web App running on Websphere app server
App2: ColdFusion based Web App using COLDFUSION MX 7

Now, since these applications are already up and running and not possible to migrate any of it. I need information to flow between these two apps. Any sugggestions what would be a good solution to achieve this?
