Please Help Crystal Report Fail to print out

hi all
I am using CR in my VB Application ,this application already released but after a while I did some modification to this application but I don't know what happened to reports, more than 4 reports fail to print when pressing ok on print dialoge box (as nothing happen),I don't know what to do .
I have more than 12 reports in my application only 4 got this problems (I did nothing to reports when modifying)

In the print dialog what is showing is the printer being printed to? it should show System Printer ("default system printer name&quot ie. System Printer(ITPRINTER) as the location to print to. If not... Check to see if a printer has been entered in the properties of the crystal reports control.

I'm trying to recreate the problem on a test app I'm running using CR 8.5 and CR 9 on VB6. I'll let you know if I get something more concrete.-

I managed to not print a report! CHeck the properties for the crystal report control. Look for PrinterStartPage and PrinterStopPage = make sure they are set to zero.

regarding the printer,it show the system printer and regarding the pages I choose to print all ,sorry I forgot to mention that I am using crystal report active x designer .
