platinum for dos 4.6 and windows xp/2000

I have a user who is getting a new system (xp) when I run his batch file on his current nt4 system no problems. on the xp system I get an "error 67 occurred in module pltget" when entering ar/daily processing/invoice entry. I have tried adding files=125 and buffers=45 with no sucsess. does anyone have any other ideas as to what the problem could be?
