Planning on installing MySql on AIX box - advice?

I am running AIX 5.1 on an RS6000 for a company wide custom application and database.

I need to insall apache and mysql for an intranet on the same box.

Any advice before I start? Anything I should be cautious about?

Ummmm... always wear a static strap when working inside your computer? How about: AOL customer service will never ask for your password, never give it out in email. Oh! I've got one... Don't take any wooden nickels.

Maybe you could be a little more precise in what sort of advice you're looking for.
