Pixalated screen on Laptop?

My Laptop has a blurred and Pixalted screen.
What is the reason and what can I do to correct it, if There is a solution?

set it to its native resoltion

15" 800*600
17" 1024*768
19" 1280*1024 ..........

Also, verify your display drivers are properly installed or you probably wont even be able to set it to uit's native resolution.
