I have recently set up my pix 525 to allow vpn connections and to authenticate users on a RADIUS server. I attach to the VPN with client version 4.8. The connection to the vpn works fine and the authentication works fine. However, I can not ping any servers on the inside by name. I can ping by IP. I have added the DNS definitions on the PIX and even did WINS definitions to no avail. The VPN is handing out IP addresses from a pool I setup on the pix. The clients get an IP from that pool but, get no DNS or WINS Configs. Anyone have any idea what I might have missed?
