We hardley ever make changes to our long running Pix 515 but I now need to setup one of our web servers with FTP and allow a certain Static IP from the outside the ability to drop files on our new FTP server. Can anyone tell me the syntax I need to enter one I get into enable mode on the Pix??
Thank You!!

Well I can tell you how to do this using the PIX DEVICE MANAGER (PDM), to get to the pix device manager type in and its a graphical windows interface. (i dont know command line that well)

So what you need to do is get to the PDM and add a translation rule of your webserver example) 10.0.0.2 to be translated to the outside ip address of your domain name 24.33.33.2(example).. then you need to go under the access lists tab and allow outbound access for ftp
