PIX 506e won't start

This pix was working fine for a few years, then it went out. When I attempt to power it on, the network LED (on front panel) will blink on/off and the fan will cycle at the same time the LED is blinking. I've taken off/on the power harness to the system board, but no luck. I'm wondering if anyone has had any problems like this? I'm stuck wondering if it's a power supply problem or the system board crapped out on me. Of course I have not contract w/Cisco, so I'm stumbling around looking for some insight. Any takers??

that's a tough one. personally i've never had this happen, but think of it as an opportunity to upgrade to a beautiful new ASA ;-)
