Pix 501 1

Company has a pix 501 that started to get set up, had to post pone half way through and recently tried to finish but can not log on to finish the job. i was however able to hook up through the consoule port in hyper terminal and issued the configure factory-default command but still seems to be stubborn, any ideas, i contacted cisco and am waiting to hear back, but even if i was able to get everything back to factory settings, as if it came straight out the box and had to completely start over i would be happy.
