pix 501 in telnet enable has not all commands

Hello,

i have the following problem.
Then i open a connection to my pix using telnet,
i get in but i can´t use all commands.
So i start telnet and open the connection to 192.x.x.x.
the i have to type enable and my pw.
the i have to enter enable and my pw again,
after that i have pixfirewall#
but the i type ?
i dont get all commands ??
i wanted to use show static, but i doesn´t works.
I wanted to open a special port, i´m not sure how to do this
maybe everyone can help me with my problems.

Then if it still does not work, post here a more detailed question with a copy of the related telnet session.

For entering configuration mode (changing pix rules etc), you need the command:

configure terminal

You should get this prompt:
pixfirewall(config)#

But for "show" commands you can stay in "enable" mode:
pixfirewall#
