Pivot form data source

Hi everyone,

This sounds like such an easy problem but I'm er stuck.

Maybe I have not had enough coffee? Anyway here goes: -

I created an Access form as a pivot form ages ago and now need to make a slight change to the source data, however I can not work out where its source table or query is.

Please help and I will stop dying my hair blonde.
