Try this link to see if it has the driver you need.
Have you checked the cables, plugged it into a different IDE slot, etc? Is it seen in the BIOS and not Device Manager? Or, not seen at all? Can you put the device in another machine and it works?

Actually on bios I can't see the CDrom or the CDRW. on Device manager I can see the CD Rom but not the CDRW. So CDRW is not seen at all.
I check cables look good. I will try to put it on another machine I will post and let you know.
I check the download driver it said is a flashtool13 1 setup.exe Would this have the driver or is more for the software?
