Picture objects in Access

Help, I have developed an associate access database with pictures. On my pc when I link to the "bound" picture object the picture comes in fine, but when my user tries to do the same thing Microsoft's "Object Packager" intercepts the incoming picture and displays an icon like picture in the forms "ole" object field. How do I turn off "object packager" from intercepting the picture import?

In order to fix this problem you need to install or reinstall Microsoft Photo Editor.
