Hello all, i'm using office 2004 for Mac. When i insert a variety of picture files they're image is totally black. I check the format settings and they seem normal. Do you i need to reinstall office? Any clues greatly appreicated, thank you.

What is the picture format? Are you sure you're inserting pictures that are supported formats?

Another thought is to make sure that the size of the picture is not so big that you only have a small portion of it showing on the screen. In Office Aps, It is possible to insert pictures in such a way to where you only see a small portion of the picture - I know I've done this in Access before (Office for Windows).

Hi Kjv1611, than for the suggestions. The pic's were all jpeg format, but were save as cymk format, so i change them to RGB and now it works perfectly fine. T

Good deal!
