Pickup Groups

Ext 225 is in a pickup group that can pickup ext 221. When I try to do a group pickup from ext 243, I get denied in admin. how do i see the groups that 225 is in so i can add 243 to that group???

Under capabilities you will see pickup group then a number. Each phone can only be in 1 pickup group. Set ext. 243 to be the same as 225 and 221.
