Pickup call in Call waiting

How can I pickup the second call(Call waiting)? I can Pickup the call using *4 when nobody is talking at the phone but when somebody is talking and it received a second call Im' not allow to pickup the call.

I think I have to enable a service (CLS) but I don't know which one.

Call Waiting sounds like an ACD call?
If it's an ACD call call pickup is not possible

are you using *4 as directed pick or group.. star four is defined in ld 57, it's not the same in any other switch.. before we can help we need to know what type of pick your using

I am also trying to pick call waiting calls. I tried both PURN and PUGR code but couldnt succeeded.
