Picking a VPN

Welcome to tek-tips.
I guess the first question would be, 'what are you trying to do'? Looking at their website, they want ~$10 USD to provide you a supposedly anonymous surfing connection. How do you know what happens at the other end of their line?
If you are looking for a means to connect securely from public locations, I would recommend either OPENvpn (*) or even a plain old SSH tunnel.
(*) When I googled vpn4all, it showed a preview claiming it was OPENVpn based, which would not surprise me. Why pay $10 a month for something you can do for free?
