physical dump of memory-filespy.sys

I am running windows 200 pro on 512 ram with 120 gigs of hard drive space.

I am now getting the blue screen of death and the resulting physical dump of memory.

The odd thing is that this ONLY occurs when I try to open certain programs and not others.

It occurs when I try to open:

adobe premiere video editing
any file cleaning software such as crystal clean, etc and if you try to clean out the temp install file.

I can run such things as:
adobe after effects, illustrator, photoshop
ftp software
pinnacle studio 7 which is another video editing system

I get the following error message:

Do you have this program installed:

If so uninstall it, should solve your problem.

yes and thank you!. It fixed it. I was thinking about deleting it but didnt know what it would do to my system.
