PHTM 500 CFWD to an International number - HELP :(

Why won't this work on my CS 1000? I set my NCOS to 7 (which allows international) - then set my TGAR to 12 (which is good for this as my 1140 phone is set with NCOS 7 and TGAR 12 and it dials this international number just fine).....but why won't the 500 work? When I call the 500 built - it thinks about it for a minute then I get a 'fast busy'

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!

Maybe post a print out of the phantom. Do you have CFXA in CLS of the phantom?

damn - that worked so the calls now go out but sometimes they don't.....I tried 10 times and 8 calls were successful - the other 2 got fast busy. is that weird?

My guess is busy trunks. You would have to look at the RLI handling International calls and see if all the trunks are getting busy.

Yep check the trunks, you could get the Route from the RLI as KCFLHRC says and then in LD 80 "trac 0 acod" to see the status of all the channels. If you dont think it is a busy channel thing stick the DCH MON on in LD 96, and see if you can set an out bound setup message for every call may be a Carrier issue.

Check your TGAR 12 corresponding of your phaton DN and the route and trunks TAR also your FCR table .
