I am in search of a php system(free/paid) which can do mysql database management, file/images upload, db to word converting, db to excel converting. Does anyone know such a software/application?

Nope.

The reason why PHP is so great is because it can be customized to any application. ...but it must be customized. If there is already a pre-built system out there to do what you are looking for, you will most likely need to tweak it to suit your needs. Balance the time it will take to find such a pre-built application and the time it will take to tweak it against the time it will take to build something from scratch and you will find your own creation is better.

Your request is ambiguous. What kind of Word and Excel documents are you expecting? What kind of queries are you planning?

I know there is no pre-built system. I also have the ability to write all the pieces of a database management application, but I do not have time, so I'd prefer buy or use some free applications. For example, I find phpMyAdmin is a very good online db interface/application. but I also need other functions such as the interface to allow users to upload a file into a db table, a button for use to click then transfer part of the db table content to an excel file format or pdf file format. any sugggestions?
