Anyone know a good tutorial or script to make a php based FAQ? I want something simple with a admin backend to add faq categories and inquiries.

Something like a simple blog should do the trick too I think. Have a look at pmachine
They have a free lite version if you are a non-commercial site. Nice backend admin area, very intuitive to use. You can configure the look and feel of your site through the admin area. They have an extensive series of screen shots depicting various admin functions.
