for those who don't know, there is a bug in PHP v 4.2.0 and 4.2.1

Also there is the ever lasting bug of PHP not loading DLL's, I found that 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 are both useless as I need both the PDFLib and MSSQL DLLs and both have problems with one or both dlls.
