Phones registered to Sub only

I have phones that are listed has unknown in call manager but the phones are working properly. When I switch the phones to another device pool the phones appear in call manager as registed. When I switch back to the older device i get the same old problem. Each device pool registered to its own subscriber. Is this an sql issue?
 
Go to the your Call Manager Subscriber and make sure that Cisco RIS Data Collector is enable under services.

I actually got it working. I reset the call manager group and that fixed my problem. RISC Data Collector was already enabled.
