Is there a way to find out the ext number of a phone by a combination of key presses. Like on the BCM you can press the Feature button then * 0 and select the intercom button to find out the ext number.

The phones are M2616 running on a Meridian Option 11.

Also does anybody know where I can download manuals for Meridian MAX??

Many thanks.

There is no feature to do so. If the phones have displays, you can use key 0 on one phone to call another. If the class of service is set up to display extension, you can see what extension is calling and go from there.

We have scripted our symposium to play back the extn number to you when you ring the cdn

ASSIGN CLID TO dn_holder_cv
OPEN VOICE SESSION
PLAY PROMPT NUMBERBYDIGIT dn_holder_cv
END VOICE SESSION
DISCONNECT

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

there is a box that you can purchase, dti makes it that will speak back the extension when you call it.

I use what MikeyB123 uses. Works great. My techs love it. -Matt
