Phone won't display caller ID

All of the phones in our organization will display caller ID except for one phone. I've tinkered around in the config menus on the phone and can't figure out how to make it show caller ID. Does anyone know how? Thanks!!

depends on the system and software version.
when does it not show up? incoming calls, or xfered calls?
for incoming the line must ring at the DN

The phone will only show caller ID when someone internal calls the phone, it won't show the caller ID when someone from outside of our phone system calls them. All of the other phones show it though. Not sure what the system and software version is. All of our phones have direct dial numbers and this phone is being called from the outside using its direct dial number. Any idea?

Print the TNB of that phone and post it here.

You could simply copy all the programming from a DN that the caller ID works to that phone's DN. Make sure to copy user and system info. You may have to reprogram the inside/outside speed dial buttons...but so what?

To get the best answer for this Q, it would help if we knew the software level and the type of system. Otherwise, the answers are just educated guesses.
