4400 series phones. IPOffice 406.
We have remote offices that are connected via LAN to 406's at each location so we can dial other branches by Ext. This set can send/receive ext calls on the same box, but cannot receive calls over LAN. I did not set this system up, so I don't know how the LAN part is done. I have moved the phone to another port and swapped phones with another with no success.

FYI, this is the same set from a previous post that will not roll to VM when called.

I would look at incoming call routes. May have been set up in a "Non SCN" fashion, and there is no ICR for that station

Wouldn't the incoming call routing affect all phones? This phone is the only one not receiving calls.

If these are using H323 lines, then it would potentially suggest that the shortcode on the remote sites to dial this extension isnt programmed.

Back to basic times, get monitor running on a remote site and get them to dial the number.

Then read the trace and see what it tries to do.

And yes ICR isnt relevant for SCN or H323 calls - its all about the shortcodes.
