Been asked to determine phone usage for 2 extensions. Searched and found LD 80 and trac, but this appears to be from today forward (max ~23) hours. Looking for historical information.

Is there a way to determine phone usage (time spent) and number(s) dialed (looking for repetitive / pattern) for past 30, 45, 60 etc days?

Not unless you have some sort od call accounting system in place.

found some info on CDR (Call Data Recording?) looking at the tnb's, I don't see CDR enabled (unless I'm looking for the wrong thing in the wrong place)

Is CDR an option?

CDR is configured on the Route Data Block (RDB) for a trunk group and sends raw data through a specified TTY port. That raw data can be analyzed directly, via Nortel's OTM, or via a 3rd party Call Billing package.

If this was not configured and the data already captured, then you cannot see historical data.

If you haven't had this setup and being collected and stored somewhere, then you are out of luck.
