phone set auto answer to headset instead of speaker?

I am running CM5.2. We also have Microsoft Office Communicator connected to our AES for voice presence. When we click to call someone my phone's speaker goes off hook. We have agents who use headsets who would prefer the headset go off hook instead. I was thinking this could be acting like the int-aut-an (internal automatic answer) feature. Does anyone know a way to get the off hook to use the headset and not speakerphone? I looked in the .scr and .txt files in the firmware and didn't see anything obvious. Thanks
 
We mostly use Avaya 4621sw but still have 64xx series and have a few 96xx.
 
on the 96XX, menu, options and settings, call settings, audio path. Try setting that from speaker to headset.

Thanks phoneguy55. That works. I'll see if I can get that setting on the 4621sw sets. We only have a handful of 96xx sets and 600 4621sw.
