Hello Everyone!

I have a phone number that if someone calls from the outside, it is "redirected" to another number (inside our company). If you dial just the extension, it will go directly to the correct phone.

I have called our provider to make sure they are sending the correct digits, I have made sure the phone is not manually forwarding, no SAC, no coverage path. Did a list usage. Ive done all the "obvious" things. What confuses me the most is that it only happens for external calls.

Thanks for all the help!

Brian

Do a list trace station xxxx, call the number from the outside and see what the trace shows.

Quoting only proves you know how to cut and paste.

Nothing shows up when you dial external, but it traces fine when you dial internal. I did a trace to the phone that it is being redirected to and it shows then.

look at the incoming-call-handling treatment for the isdn trunk group for your DID calls.
