Phone name

I have a user name Maria at x20 that when she calls Juanita at x21, the screen on x21 says Rosita calling. Is that an issue with phone name change? How can I get x20 to be x20 when calling?

At each extension, press Feature 00, then press the left hand intercom button. See what the name says. If it is wrong, type in the new name, using the letter codes, 21=A, 22=B, 23=C, 31=D, 32=E, etc. (Number that contains the letter, then position of letter on number)

Also, if you want it to display X20 only, follow the steps above. However, instead of entering a new name, press the Mic/HFAI button and it will delete the name.
