Phone Manager User Always Busy

Well, I've had two problems resolved that I thought knowone would be able to resolve, here goes another one.

I have a user that always shows up in Phone Manager as 'Busy', whether he's busy or not.

Any ideas??

delete the speed dial and add it again?

is it happening to this user on all phone managers?

Yes all users have the problem.

Deleting and re-adding doesn't sort it.

What sort of phone does the user who is busy have?

Can they make calls?
Are they logged in (or out)

The phone is a 5410 (same as most of our users)
They can make calls and receive calls.
They're logged in.

had this before. Usually cured by closing the busy phones phone manager if used, logging the phone off (*36), logging it back on then starting phone manager again
