Phone Manager on Windows 10

I've been running Phone Manager on W10 and just started getting this "The application has failed because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.".

Seemed to start after W10 update. Might be time to give up Phone Manager, it's a shame AVAYA stopped supporting it.

Anybody seen this and have a fix?

This is a Microsoft problem not an Avaya problem. Try reinstalling your Visual C++ redists.

I've seen this message before and recall you need to delete PhoneManager.exe.manifest in the PhoneManager folder but do check earlier discussions on this list.
