Wow, phone manager is dead isn't it? No more updates, and not supported anymore.

As long as you're on a supported version of ip office, it still works, and yes, on windows 10. I believe the issue we ran into was with rights and you just had to make sure to run it as an Administrator (even if you were already an Admin). It's been a while since I tried though, no supported ipo around.
