Having Upgraded to 2.1.27, and VM Pro 2.1.14 along with Soft Console & Phone Manager we're experiencing lots of disconnections of phone manager.
This is happening with users running PM 2.1.8 & usres running PM 2.1.10
Looking at the monitor trace, we get huge TFTP RRQ's, and then on the workstation that logs out we get a PCPartner packet timeout.
THE TFTP RRQ's seem to be predominantly from PM 2.0.13 versions, but because of the issues we are having with PM 2.1.8 & PM 2.1.10 we don't want to roll out PM 2.1.10 to all users if this is going to cause disconnection problems
Is anyone else experiencin any difficulties? Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?
