Have 2 receptionists side by side running phone manager PRO
operator 1 can transfer a call to a busy extention with mobile twining and divert on busy active. this is done by draging and dropping the call
Operator 2 does the same action on the same extention but it wont transfer. if the caller is not busy its works prefectly. Am i missing a setting in operator 2??
