Phone Lights don't work

I have a user with a Magix 4424 telephone on an IP Office Release 3 that is having problems with the lights on this specific station. The phone works fine, but the lights on the phone don't work. We have tried swapping out the phone and replacing the phone set, but the problem remains.

If your using a 4424LD on ip office rel 3, it is not supported, only first two lines on display will work.
Furthermore, 4424LD will not work at all on rel 4.1!
If Your using a 4424D, do what gknight suggested, try swapping ports.
If that dosen't work, go to unit, and plug phone diectly onto unit, in case of bad wiring to jack.
If all of that fails, reboot!
44xx phones are very reliable, only bad ones I've come accross had cracked diplays from being dropped!
