Phone keeps dropping out after 20 minutes

Hello Sergio,
Is this happening on both in- and outside calls? Are there any other stations having the same problem, ie are you sure its not a carrier problem?
And also, have you checked the cabling (I don't really think that's the cause, but you never know)?
