We have a DID that when dialed it rings at multiple extensions. Where and how do I change that so that it only rings at one extension? Also, we have our main line that during the day it rings at one extension and would like that to ring at multiple extensions. Thanks for your time.

1. The DN appears in two places, so remove it from one place.
2. Add the main line DN to the other phone.

Find where a DN is

Review the TN

Well first I would:
LD 20 <enter>
prt <enter>
dnb (extension of the phone you don't want to ring to)
It will give a TN so do another
prt
tnb
<TN number the system printed in the first step>
Toward the bottom of the print-out you will see Key 0 and it will likely be setup as a MCR.
Null that key by doing:
ld 20
chg
<phone type> 2008, 2216, 3904, 3905, 1140, 1150, etc.
Then enter thru all the prompts until you reach Key
You will enter 0 nul and enter will complete the change. You can then follow the same process again and when you reach Key 0 you type: SCR <extension>
You can find a new extension for your phone (since you will want a new extension assigned) by doing a:
ld 20
prt
ludn
Then find a number listed that is in your current extension ranges. If you need more help please post
