So this is a new one for me, I got a report that when the user is dialing the number of a patient, they use to be able to see that on their phone screen, now it just says the Trunk name that it is going out on. I don't remember ever changing anything that would cause this, and have no idea how to change this back. I have noticed lately that more and more calls going out or picked up are displaying trunk number and/or name instead of caller ID. Thoughts? Suggestions? I am running CM 6.2.
