Phone Beeps

Whenever end user picks up phone it beeps. I think it is a voice mail alert like you'd put on an analogue phone but I don't remeber how to turn that off.

End user can dial and make calls from phone.

I tested *48 (Voicemail Ringback) on an IP phone in my office but I could not recreate the beep.
 
Is it a beep or a stuttered dial tone? Stuttered dial tone signals DND or call forwarding is enabled? Try dialing *09 and *00 to turn both off.

is that on incoming calls the user picks up and then it beeps or is it on outgoing calls that the user picks up and beeps?

One station we are getting beeps when the agent dials 91 and then the prefix. She is able to complete the call. She has the same COR and COS as everyone else. Any ideas?
 
if you want answers it is easier to start a new thread, include as much details as possible without confusing people. So IP office type and release of the firmware, phone type and stuff like that.
COR and COS?? is it IP Office or CM??
but like I said most people looked into this thread and won't come back if you start a new post yo get more answers.
