phone activation code

I am using this code 402464 then ext # to activate a phone but I just don't know where to find 464 code, please help.

402 seems to be the tti merge code and the 464 is most likely the security code which can be found in system parameters features

remember also if you get a waive off tone on a merge then most likely it's already has a port assigned or you are trying to tti a digital port to an analog station or visa versa
