Hi

we have pbx ip office 500v2 9.1, when I connected phone 9641g with the SBM24 module for a few moments the pbx restarted. what is the problem?

Does everything work fine with the 9641G connected without the SMB24?

without SBM24 no problem.

check the button programming on the SMB24, maybe there is an invalid button. The IPO hates when that happens ;-)
