Phaser 860- no mechanical initialization

hi there..
Phaser 860 goes thru Post procedure, displays Xerox logo and green light is on steady. Just sits there indefinetly. It should start mechanical initialization but never does. No error codes. I tried to disconnect motors one at the time and powering up- no luck. Need help!!!

Turn printer off, then on back set dip switch 1 down then power on. This should put the printer into diags, from there see if you can manipulate the various tests and note the results.
