Phaser 850dp constant spooling errors

We have a Phaser 850dp that is setup in a computer lab. It seems that we have constant spooling problems (the jobs just hang) quite a bit thru out the day. If we turn the printer off and back on they go away for a while and then the whole process of a job getting stuck and having to restart the printer happens again. Any ideas what is causing it and how to fix it?
