I get the message to add ink, and I did. But I still get a message saying to add ink. Anyone know the cause?

Phaser 850 - Out of Ink (Add ink) message

The sensor for the inkstock might be blocked or dirty. It/they are located at the outside of the inkloader compartement under the grey cover plastic strips inbetween and at the side of the inkslots. They get pushed when the part pushes the ink reaches the end. The most simple cause would be that a broken of piece of ink stucks in there.
