Hi, my printer displays this fault code with the service required.
this is Fault 13,018.48:86401
What does this message mean?

13,018.48 (0x6c12): TCH_JS_RIGHT_ SHORT The thermistor in the right jetstack appears to be shorted. Replace the printhead.

I needed a new print head for my 340 and found a used one on ebay. It was taking a chance because it was untested but I got lucky and the machine prints beautifully.
